3. Accounts and Memberships
When you create an account with us, you safeguard that the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service.
4. Premium Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
- You may cancel at any time via your account settings or Stripe portal.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
5. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ClinSim and its licensors.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
